Our 1-Year Limited Warranty applies to all Wild Xplorer Rooftop Cargo Carriers purchased directly through our website or authorized resellers.

Coverage begins on the original date of purchase. To file a claim, product registration is required.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Failures of straps, zippers, or fabric during normal use

Not Covered

Normal wear and tear
Misuse, accidents, or improper storage
Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, scuffs)

How It Works

To file a claim, simply email support@wildxplorer.com with your warranty certificate number and include clear photos showing the issue or defect.

If the claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace the product — or offer a store credit.
