Return window
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused
- Unworn
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return (Return Merchandise Authorization – RMA required)
Before sending anything back, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing support@wildxplorer.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return shipping costs
- If the return is due to defect, damage, or wrong item, we’ll provide a prepaid label at no cost to you.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), we’ll provide a prepaid label and deduct the actual return shipping cost from your refund, or you may use your own insured, trackable carrier.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item per the steps above and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact support@wildxplorer.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Keep all packaging and include photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
Non-returnable items
- Customized/personalized items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
(If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, email us before sending it back.)
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund approval and you haven’t seen the credit, contact us at support@wildxplorer.com.
Shipping notes (for returns)
- Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier (see our Terms of Service).
- Use our provided label or an insured, trackable method if returning on your own.
- We ship within the United States only; returns must be sent from a U.S. address.
