Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only (50 states + DC). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During peak times, launches, or severe weather, handling may take up to 3 business days before shipping.
Shipping methods & rates
- Contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states): Free Standard Shipping via ground service (estimated 5–8 business days after processing).
- Expedited options: 2–3 business days or faster may be purchased at checkout where available.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories (e.g., Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands): Shipping is paid by the customer; rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. Transit times typically 7–14 business days.
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS where size/weight allows. Using a street address usually speeds delivery.
- APO/FPO/DPO: Currently not available.
Carriers
We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier/service is selected automatically to meet the promised timeline.
Order changes & address corrections
Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot modify the shipping address after an order has been fulfilled. Costs from carrier address corrections or reshipments may be charged to the customer.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.
Delivery issues (lost, stolen, damaged)
- If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please first check with household members and neighbors and wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early).
- Report issues to support@wildxplorer.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- For damaged shipments, keep all packaging and provide photos so we can file a claim.
- Once we hand the package to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you (see our Terms of Service). We’ll help file carrier claims and, at our discretion, may replace items once a claim is approved.
Split shipments & backorders
Items may ship separately at no additional cost. Pre-order/back-order items ship when available; we’ll email updates.
Shipping cutoff & holidays
Carriers do not pick up on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during these times are processed the next business day.
